As with all herbal remedies,  if you are under a gp or other health care provider for an existing medical condition do consult them before embarking on taking any herbal remedy. Not recommended if pregnant. Take responsibility for your own health, do your own research on things, use your inner guidance system and intuition regarding all things. Never take any herbal remedy daily for more than 6 weeks without at least a small break.

Before trying any herbal remedy it is recommended to try a small quantity first to establish whether there are any adverse or allergic reactions to the herb. Start low and build up slowly.

Please remember that although the botanicals I use are known for being gentle, when you are using herbs and plants for their medicinal properties, they are just that – ‘medicinal’. If you wish to take a herbal remedy with prescribed medicines, you should talk to a pharmacist or your GP first – treat all herbal remedies with respect.

Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. Because many of our products are handmade and consumable, our returns policy is slightly different from large retailers. Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.

Herbal Products & Consumables

(Teas, tinctures, herbal preparations)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Herbal teas

• Tinctures

• Edible or ingestible products

• Any item that has been opened or used

This is in line with UK hygiene and consumer safety guidance.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Consumable Items

(e.g. ritual items, accessories, tools)

We accept returns on unused, unopened non-consumable items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be in original packaging

• You must contact us before returning the item

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process above.
