how to use
Always start slowly with tinctures - begin with 1 to 5 drops in a little cup of water or juice before bedtime and notice how your body feels. Use up to 30 drops.
Do not use continuosly for more than 7 days in a row or 6 weeks continuously - always listen to your body.
All tinctures contain alcohol - by leaving the tincture in water to sit for a few hours, the small amount of alcohol will have evaporated off.
