Use 1 - 2 heaped tablespoons per cup. Can be infused in a teapot or cafetiere for 10 minutes as normal, but to really get the maximum benefits of the roots I recommend making a decoction, which is boiling it for 10 to 15 minutes first. This can be done in a saucepan (keep an eye on the water levels), or ideally you can use a special stovetop teapot! These are super cute, and add a bit of ritual and ceremony to your tea making.
