Also known as Ostara, the Spring Equinox is a time to honour renewal, growth, and fertility. It’s a moment to plant seeds—both literal and metaphorical—and celebrate the blossoming of new life and opportunities.
Through movement, ritual, meditation, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath, we’ll align with the energies of balance and abundance, setting intentions for the seasons ahead.
