Take a break from the noise of daily life and immerse yourself in an hour of pure tranquillity.

This soothing sound bath session is designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, flute and drums.

Bring a mat and blanket to get comfy. There are plenty of chairs at the venue so you can be seated, or mix it up! I have a few spare mats, but if you have your own do please bring it.

What to Expect: A welcoming space for relaxation and restoration. Deeply calming soundscapes to reduce stress and tension. Gentle guidance to help you sink into a meditative state. There is nothing to do but turn up and lie down!
