Are you ready to unlock your inner herbalist? Dive into the world of natural remedies with my smoke stick Making Workshop! 

Energy is all around us, some feels good, some not so much. As we collectively move into higher vibrations, keeping good energetic hygiene is as vital as keeping your physical home and body clean! A smoke stick is an essential tool not only for those who identify as witches, but all healers, light workers, anyone who works with or feels energy - in fact I believe it is a life skill for everyone!

Join me for a hands-on experience where you’ll learn to craft your own smoke sticks using a selection of different plants and herbs, as well as learning about the history of using smoke to cleanse and the differnt properties of the botanicals we will be working with.

Tapping into your intuition, you’ll explore the therapeutic benefits of each plant, gaining insight into their ancient healing properties.

Working with plants to create sacred smoke is something our Ancestors, the wise women and witches of old would have done.

Discover the powerful energies of mugwort, the calming essence of lavender, the invigorating aromas of peppermint, thyme  and lemon balm and a whole spectrum of other herbs and plants that are used to cleanse the air of bacteria and viruses as well as the energetic space.

Sacred and practical.. every witch needs to know this!

Not only will you will take home your own smoke stick but you’ll learn how to use it to remove negative energies from your space and energy body.

Places are limited to 10.

2 hour workshop at The Space Within Wellbeing Studio. All materials and refreshments provided (homemade cake and herbal teas, please feel free to bring your own if you have any special dietry requirements). 

Easy onsite parking, a toilet and kitchen facilities.

£30 plus a small wix booking fee

To find the studio; arrive along the Cranfield Road, turing into the large brick entrance to Manor Farm Business Park, up the drive, parking on the left. The studio is to the right past the big house, the entrance is down a little walkway.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early
