About the event
This 3-hour event is designed to promote physical and mental well-being for older adults and individuals with health conditions, such as, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, limited mobility, pain, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes and any other condition that you feel stops you from living your best life!
It combines seated fitness exercises with Qigong, a traditional Chinese practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention. The class aims to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation, bringing independance and empowering you to take back control of your health. Everything can be done seated or standing, or you can mix it up!
If you feel that your health limitations and conditions prevent you from doing any of these things, think again, come and join Sam and Zoe and find out what they can do for you. Between them they have over 30 years experience in the health, fitness and well-being industry.
Herbal Teas, coffee and cake provided in the two breaks, but feel free to bring your own snacks, especially if you have any specific dietary requirements.
