Also a time for the 'true' new year - now is the time for movement, planning, growth!
This day retreat is about you! Giving you a time to literally 'retreat' from the hustle and bustle - to drop out of the daily routine and just 'be', surrounded and held by other women, connecting in with the natural rhythm of the earth.
