About Lughnasadh:
Also known as Lammas, this sabbat marks the beginning of the harvest season and is a time to give thanks for the Earth’s bounty. It’s a moment to honour hard work, express gratitude, and set intentions for what you wish to nurture and release as the year wanes.
Through ritual, meditation, and a healing sound bath, we’ll align with the themes of abundance, gratitude, and transformation.
