About the event
The first harvest, the harvest of grain and wheat, known as Lammas, or Lughnasadh. A time of summing up, re evaluating and gratitude.
What to Expect:
Ritual: A sacred ceremony to welcome the elements, and count our blessings.
Meditation: a deep guided visualisation to connect with the seasonal energies.
Sound Bath: Be immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes.
Sharing & Reflection: A safe circle space at the end for reflections, a space to write down anything you have received, and sharing to deepen your experience, oracle cards and laughter over a cup of tea and sweet treats.
