Herbal Tea Making Workshop

Welcome to the wonderful world of herbal medicine!  

Join me, Sam AuroraStar Green Witch, a hereditary green witch and hedgerow herbalist of The wise Woman Tradition (learn more about the Wise Woman Tradition on my blog here.), come and dip your toe into the magical world of herbal teas - learn about the different healing properties from a wide range of plants that grow in your back garden or are part of your kitchen store cupboard, and make a delicious and healing tea of your own blend to take home. 

I will teach you the difference between a tea, an infusion and a decoction, as well as talking about tinctures and infused oils.

This is a short taster workshop, but there will be lots of opportunity for Q & A's, also more information about specific hedgerow herbs can be found in my E books here, and lots of herbal teas to buy in the shop (I can also make up specific tea / prescriptive blends / tinctures bespoke for you)

Bring a notepad and pen to take notes if you wish. 

(if we have time we will do an organoleptic tasting exercise, or you can take away the sheet to do this at home.) homemade cake and herbal teas will be available, please feel free to bring your own if you have any special dietry requirements

Tickets are £30 pp, plus a small wix fee. 

To find the studio; arrive along the Cranfield Road, turing into the large brick entrance to Manor Farm Business Park, up the drive, parking on the left. The studio is to the right past the big house, the entrance is down a little walkway.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early
